Japan by Sea
After three days in classically-beautiful Kyoto, a Princeton Journeys group took to the seas to explore the islands and coastal towns of Japan. Constantine Vaporis *87 provided insight on everything from samurai to the atom bomb, while other scholars and travelers talked on Buddhism, castles, and the Meiji Restoration. Ending with a ride on the bullet train and brief stay in Toyko, the trip came to an end too soon!
