The Civil Rights Movement in Alabama

Professors Albert Raboteau and Valerie Smith took a journey in time, space, and memory as they led a group from Birmingham through Selma to Montgomery to trace the roots and history of the Civil Rights Movement in these areas. The group of scholars, alumni, and current Princeton students shared in the experience of reflection and recognition, discussion and discovery.
